Kim & John responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions, arranged convenient time and date and did a nice job on the tub. Nice and shiny! Also, NO mess as far as dust overspray or anything from the work. And John gave some tips about how to maintain the tub along with detailed instructions on how to maintain it, what type of products to use, and contact information in case of any future questions or problems. Also, price was reasonable.

We are very pleased with the work we had completed by John. He is the owner of the company as well as the person who does the work. The customer service is wonderful…we had prompt courteous service and John went above and beyond what a lot of companies do. I was totally pleased with all the work when complete, but John wasn’t quite happy with the way the master bath tub looked. He came back with a different product and reworked it until he was totally satisfied with the results. I’ve never experienced such great customer service. Great guy, great company

I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this vendor from the first call to inquire about their services to the finished product. In addition to being totally professional, I found my contact with John and his wife to be warm, friendly, fair and very informative! Our tub was in extraordinarily bad shape with NO ceramic finish left on the bottom after I had stripped old finishes off that had been applied through the years after the original glaze. John repaired the rusted spots and the tub now looks brand new. Great job Rub A Dub Reglazing!!!
