From the first phone call from R A D Tub Reglazing to the finished product, my expectations were met. John arrived on time and did an outstanding job bringing the very dated bathtub and tile walls up to date and looking brand spanking new. I asked for a color that matched my tiles, and the color he gave me was much darker. Also, the caulk job was sloppy and started to shrink and crack within a month of the job being complete. The glaze itself is holding up well though and the bathtub looks brand new.
