I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this vendor from the first call to inquire about their services to the finished product. In addition to being totally professional, I found my contact with John and his wife to be warm, friendly, fair and very informative! Our tub was in extraordinarily bad shape with NO ceramic finish left on the bottom after I had stripped old finishes off that had been applied through the years after the original glaze.
