John arrived at the time that he had told us. He began by explaining what he was going to do and preparing the area for the work. When he left, we had a bathtub that is better than it looked 2 years ago when we bought this house. It is beautiful now and looks like it belongs in our newly renovated bathroom. The tub is also more safe to use with the slip-resistant surface. Before leaving he gave use instructions on how to care for it properly which included using a particular polish. When we found that the particular polish was no longer available, we contacted him, and he sent us a bottle of the correct polish at no charge.
