The company was prompt, and answered all preliminary questions. At the time of installation the service representative was again prompt. He presented a complete explanation of the project he was doing as well as answering all questions. The installation was completed in a very time manner and written instructions were give for maintenance and upkeep as well as a 5 yr guarantee. Thank U Ms. W

Bottom line: Top quality work at a reasonable price. John, the owner, did a fantastic job. (10 stars). He is a true artisan, takes his time, and takes pride in his work. My tub looks so beautiful and matches my white Toto toilet perfectly. It really looks like a brand new tub, not like one that has just been “sprayed”. Most importantly, he is licensed; he stuck to his estimate; “vented” to the outside”; and there was very little residual odor. He respected our property and did not leave a mess. My husband and I were able to use the room (not the tub, of course) within hours. It was a pleasure to have such a nice gentleman in our home.

I am very happy with the service. John arrived on time, gave a very reasonable estimate and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. This was not a complete reglazing but just a repair of a recent damage but the result is great, one cannot tell that a portion of the surface was redone. John also re-caulked the tub, it looks great.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner. He was timely, professional, had great attention to detail and was very neat. He worked a solid 4 hours. It is good to see an owner operator take pride in his craft…reminds me of the good old days. I am only sorry I can’t give him “10” Stars!!!!

From the first phone call from R A D Tub Reglazing to the finished product, my expectations were met. Kim took me step-by-step through the process that would be used and quoted me a price that was within my budget. John arrived on time and did an outstanding job bringing the very dated bathtub and tile walls up to date and looking brand spanking new. He is a gentleman who takes his time and has pride in his workmanship and it shows. I definitely recommend this company to everyone thinking about bathroom renovation.
